The VERENA CupCake Wax Melts are beautifully scented, luxury wax melts. Handmade in micro batches in England, these non-toxic 100% plant wax melt cubes burn for up to 15 hours and make the perfect gift to yourself or a loved one. Each cupcake can be used with any electric burner, hot plate or other warming device approved for wax melts.
Amber & Tonka Bean: A blend of exotic bergamot, grapefruit, cassis, orris, jasmine and orange blossom aromas, with sweet notes of lily, tonka, vanilla and praline on woody base notes of patchouli, cedarwood, musk and ambergris.

Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping & Delivery
Current Dispatch Times: Current packing/despatch time is 5 working days. For any order enquiries, please email us at info@verenashop.co.uk.
UK Delivery: UK Delivery is sent using Royal Mail tracked 48 service. This can take up to 3 business days from your dispatch email.
International Shipping: Please note that if ordering from outside of the UK there will be a small chance you will be charged import duty due to Brexit. You as a consumer are liable for any import duty at the % rate set for your country. We only ship tracked delivery outside of the UK.
Overseas shipping is generally around 7 working days, however, please allow up to 28 days due to customs which cannot be controlled or avoided. Please allow 28 days before contacting us if you feel your parcel is missing.
Tik Tok Shipping: Any queries regarding your TikTok orders need to go through the TikTok chat. TikTok orders have a different process and use their own shipping couriers (Evri).
Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for lost parcels. The correct procedure will be actioned with the post office for lost parcels and can take up to 30 days for a resolution. Please ensure all addresses are correct and clear. We do note a return address on the parcel, if this is returned to us for any reason we will not be able to cover the cost to re-send this will be covered by yourself. If the parcel has been returned due to not being picked up from your local post office missed delivery office within the set time frame we will not be responsible for the cost to re send, this will be covered by yourself.
